Security and Payment Options
Our site has a secure shopping cart hosted by Mals Ecommerce. Within that cart you will find the security seals of Thawte and HackerSafe (McAphee) to show that it is verified daily. Those seals will appear on the second page of the cart, where you go to enter your personal information. That is the only area of the site that requires any personal information to be entered and is encrypted for your purchase safety.
You will notice on that second page that the 'http' changes to a 'https' in the address bar, which makes it a 'secure' page, encrypting or scrambling your information that is transmitted. The address bar will also show the change of 'secure.aitsafe.com' which means you are within the protected part of our site and shopping cart, the part verified by the companies mentioned. We have made all necessary steps to ensure that any personal information given to us remains confidential and safe to make you confident in purchasing from us.
**You can pay with your Visa or Mastercard through our secure merchant server, Beantream.com. You can also pay using Paypal. You no longer have to join Paypal to use their service to pay with your credit cards
**We accept personal cheques from the US or Canada but your order will be delayed in mailing due to the cheque being
held for 15 business days once we receive it until the bank clears it. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been received (you will be emailed once we have your cheque in hand to be given an approx. shipping date).

Shipping/Pricing
We ship to the United States via Canada Post Airmail. Our rates are on any combination of
Buddy Blankies, Baby Buddy or Buddy Gift Set. International buyers, Email us to make arrangements!
We generally ship 4-6 business days after receiving payment, excluding weekends. Personalized orders will take longer to process, since the embroidery
is done out of house. You'll receive an email confirming your order has
been mailed.
Please allow 7-15 business days for shipment to arrive - we are in Canada, therefore it must clear the border and Customs. Shipping by Airmail does not give us a tracking number for cross border (USA to Canada).
Other shipping options are available by request:
* To obtain a tracking number for your order, we can ship using Expedited Shipping - it is NOT faster than the Airmail standard of 7-15 business days, but provides a tracking number.
* If you need your order by a specific date, we can ship by Xpresspost, which is guaranteed delivery within 4-5 business days.
* For either of these options, Contact Us for a pricing quote.
Any costs/fees incurred by Customs not covered by
Buddy Blankies ~ buyer responsible.

This is a number located in Ontario, Canada, so long distance charges will apply. As I do work outside of the home as well, please feel free to leave your name and number - please call only between 9-5 EST.
Please note however I will not take orders over the phone uless you have experienced problems with the shopping cart. I do not view any credit card information when you use our shopping system, it is all done by Beanstream, INC, and I prefer to not take numbers over the phone unless absolutely neccessary, for both our personal security.
