We offer Personalization on our blankets as an extra touch. This will explain how to fill out the order form should you be unsure.

Step #1 is choosing an embroidery option listed in a drop down menu on the order forms on each blanket's personalization page. The drop down menu will list embroidery choices and prices of each. Select the embroidery option choice you wish to pay for.

Step #2 is to select the Pattern choices from the drop down menu and add a Travel Ear if you wish.

Step #3 is to fill out the embroidery information boxes that look like these and select the style/font of embroidery from Block or Script. To enter the information correctly to ensure we sew out everything you want, please follow the directions below the boxes:

1st Name Only:
2nd Name Only: (enter only if paying for Two Names)
Date of Birth: (enter only if paying for Date of Birth)

Find the option you chose in Bold and follow that step:

One Name - fill out the '1st Name' box - one name only
Two Names - fill out the '1st Name' and '2nd Name' boxes - one name only per box
One Name and Birth Date - fill out '1st Name' and 'Date of Birth' boxes
Two Names and Birth Date - fill out '1st Name', '2nd Name' and 'Date of Birth' boxes

The exception is if you have Three Names and a Birth Date. For this case, please choose the 'Two Names and Birth Date' option, and fill in the extra name in the '2nd Name' box - this is the only time you should have two names within a box. We will embroider the third name for free.

Please do not fill in option boxes that you have not selected to pay for in the order form, or add more than one name per box except where mentioned above. Although the names or birth dates will show in the shopping cart, we will contact you for either additional payment through Paypal or to have them removed from the order. This will cause a delay with your order
